New Chemical Tin Plating Line

In summer 2025, a new production line for the chemical tin plating process was installed. Commissioning took place in September. Since then, qualification processes have been underway for the series production that has now started. The system, built by TSK Schill, is unique in Europe. It offers high capacity for future demand and technologically reflects the expertise of the Hofstetter Group. Thanks to a specialized loading system, different panel formats can be processed very quickly and in large volumes without significant setup effort. The entire line is 26 meters long and operates using MacDermid chemistry.
